Open Question: A werid awkard situation this summer?
It is summer right now and my friend’s family invited me (we are both guys and are 15)to go with them on a week vacation to a farm that belongs to a uncle that is by a lake (I don’t know the name of the lake). It is not really a farm, but more of a property with a large house and a small farm that is for fun. Anyways back to the question. (Sry for the long intro everyone)
Yesterday (Sunday), my friend’s entire family went shopping for at the near by town for food that the farm did not produce. I told them that I wanted to stay so they let me. Before they left they told me to feed that calf in the barn his bottle. (They did not have a cow). My friend stayed behind too because he didn’t feel like shopping and said he was going to watch TV. Basically I was left alone. I always heard of people swimming without clothes on so I wanted to try in the lake while I was alone. So there I was swimming. The feeling of water and small fish against my penis felt weird was I swam.
From the house my friend yelled out to me to remember my chore because I think his parents called back to check on us. I decided that I did not want to get my clothes wet and I did not wanted to go naked to the house to ask for a towel (I am shy of people seeing my …you know) so I just walk to the barn which was by the water to feed the cow.
I got the bottled ready and went to feed it. What happened next scared me a bit. When I opned the gate to feed it the calf ran towards me. I backed up to the side of the pen with no where to go. I held the bottle near the calf as I was taught, but instead it went for my penis! and began sucking from it. I tried to pull away, but that didn’t work. I called my friend’s name, but I did not think he heard me. My penis started to get erect from the calf which freaked me out a bit. I told my self to calm down and be fortunate calfs dont have teeth. So the calf just sucked my penis and I was helpless because i did not want to hit the animal. (I don’t like hurting animals).
Out of the blue my friend walks in asking what was the problem and sees the situation I’m in. He was like “dude what are you doing!” and took a couple of pictures with his cell. I think that when I ejaculated into the calf’s mouth, it got the message that it was not a bottle and let go. There I was naked, but I had my back to him (thank goodness so he did not see my penis or testicles) and I ran to the lake. (I had my hand on my genatils whiel running because I did not want him to see anything form behind). I could not believe it, but he took more pictures while laughing!
After we went to the lake and I washed off and got dressed. We had some laughs and jokes about what happened and looked at the pictures on his computer. He caught a picture my penis still erect and I am not sure how to approach him about all this
Open Question: How do BPO’s work on forclosed properties?
My husband and I recently put an offer of 100k on a property listed for 140k - the property is a bank owned forclosure and has been on the market since february of 2009 and we’re the only people who have put an offer on it - we’re still waiting to hear back but the latest news we’ve recieved is that the bank is requesting a BPO.
I dont really know how BPO’s work … I know roughly they give an estimate based on surrounding houses but the area that this house is in is absolutey BEAUTIFUL (im talking perfect neighbourhood and you can see the lake from the house) the house itself LOOKS like it needs alot of work done to it but my father is a contractor and went through it with a fine tooth comb (something the realtors havent done) and its really in great shape … its just cosmetic problems.
So I didnt know if anyone had any experience with BPO’s or how that stuff usually works … my realtor said that them asking for one of those is a good thing & usually means that they are close to accepting an offer, but I’ve also heard otherwise from friends who were or are realtors aswell ..
Basically, if we offered 40k less than the house is listed for & they do a BPO - taking into account what the values of surrounding homes are worth & the average selling price of the surrounding homes (when said surrounding homes are all 300k+ homes) what do you think the outlook for us getting it for our offer price is?
Again .. factor in that it IS a bank owned forclosure that nobody else has put an offer on in the 5 months its been listed .. and to someone who hasnt gone through it the way my father has it would appear to need a new roof, siding, etc ..
Difficult to say, Id love to be optimistic .. especially with a baby on the way in 2 months, but im trying to be realistic too!
Open Question: i want to have a bbq near a lake and a baseball field on public property, we live in CT, do we need a permit?
we want to bring a charcoal bbq near a lake in ridgefield Connecticut, but not an open fire. The area is kinda like a beach, fisher men and boaters use the area, and its public property, do we need a permit? how would we get one? what would happen if we didn’t get one but need one?
